Stephen King is crazy. I don't read his stuff as often as I should but whenever I do, I usually bury myself in it and somehow become a witness to the horror in his fiction. I remember reading this about 8 years ago and feeling sad at the end, because it was the end. His books are never easy reads but if you are like me, they will push you, because at times, you will have to re-read. While I always say I am more afraid of like the Sheriff or someone showing up at the house, then I am of The Boggie man (with a name like that, he's gotta be cool..), I will say, his books, this book, has a way of introducing a new kind of terror to the reader. A kind of terror where just about anything is possible, and by that measure, you should be afraid.

Although it appears that these two books are written by different people, Richard Bachman (this dude is insane...I love it) is actually a pen name/alter ego that Stephen King writes under. The books are somehow tied to each other , like the characters interact , intersect, or something. I can't remember. If you really enjoy, intelligent, fantastic, creative, storytelling. Read these two. I think I still have them both and I might dig them up and re-read. Enjoy.
