The cultural differences with white and black & sports.
Whites prefer hard-working role players instead of star players unless the stars happen to be white: It’s true. I like a role player myself, but im in the minority on that (No pun.) Steve Kerr got a lot of shine, when Mike was the Star. Larry Bird is the best star in their eye’s too. Larry did his thing, but not too many can name a black Celtic, besides Robert Parish.
Getting dunked on is like a national holiday for black people... : When you think of Vince Carter you think of Vince dunking on that center from France. How bout Tracy McGrady? Yeah you thing of him dunking over Shawn Bradley who is 7 foot 6.
It may not even be a dunk. It could be Jordan crossing up Larry Bird. Mike was making him dance. That was years ago… Years son……!!!!!
Truth is: They (Blacks aka us. ) remember that shit forever.. !!!!
White paint they entire body and are 1/2 naked in 30degree weather. : I will never understand this. Granted im not a prude. Im a big Jets fan. ( Insert jokes here _______________. ) And most if not all Jets fan don’t got it all upstairs up there, if you know what I mean. You can see a person in Denver, temp is below 20 and their wearing the team colors in paint. What ever floats their boat. I just aint see brotha’s do that yet… Mainly cuz, we don’t do that.
My grip about bout races : White ppl talk too much before plays, black ppl talk too much after plays. Either way you can enjoy the game, that’s why I chill solo and watch the game…. I sit at home in the comfort of their favorite chair or couch and watch the games solo. the only time you really see a bunch of blacks together watching a sporting event is either the super bowl or a boxing fight.
